Vani Jairam's contribution to Indian Music is being recognized by various Cultural Organizations all over India and abroad. Titles and Awards are being conferred on Vani Jairam in appreciation of her service to Music.

Life Time Achievement Award - by "Indian Movie News", Singapore, was given to Vani Jairam in an Award Function at Singapore in August 2001.

Life Time Achievement Award - Sangam Kala Group, New Delhi - was given to Vani Jairam at Chennai on 13th February 2003.

Vibrant Indian Award - Given for Cultural Activism and Progressive Vision to harmonize Society, was given by Developers India in April 2003

Nadhalaya Sironmani - Award of Excellence was conferred on Vani Jairam by "Valayapatti Naadahalaya Trust" at their Eighth Year Music & Dance Festival held in Chennai in December 2002.

Shan Eh Maushiqui - Award was given to Vani Jairam by Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole Shikshan Sansthan, Jaipur on 17th September 2003.

Kamukara Award - Given to Vani Jairam on 5th December 2004 by Kamukara Foundation, Trivandrum, for her contribution to Film Music in South Indian languages Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

Athreya Award - Given in Memory of Telugu Film Lyricist Shri. Athreya was given at Vijayanagaram on 7th May 2005 for Vani Jairam's Contribution to Telugu Film Music. Life Time Achievement Award - Conferred on Vani Jairam by Raksha International Foundation at a Function at Hyderabad on 4th February 2006.

While Titles, Awards and Honours are not achievements by themselves, they represent the public appreciation of the Artist's commitment to art and their pursuit of excellence in the chosen field of art. Such recognition inspires the Artistes to pursue their chosen art form with greater vigour.
